How much luggage can I bring?
Two suitcases per passenger are free. Anything more is possible for an extra charge.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes. Selected vehicles are pet friendly and your pet travels with you, accompanied by its owner. Just let us know when you book.
How do I pay for the trip?
You pay in the van, in any currency.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, no problem. We only ask you to be fair and let us know in time.
How early should I book?
As soon as you know your travel date. Seats fill up quickly, especially around holidays.
How will I know when you will pick me up?
Before departure we give you an approximate pickup time. On the way we stay in touch and let you know as soon as the exact time is clear.
Can a child travel alone or with one parent?
Yes, with the required documents.
Can I send a parcel without travelling?
Yes. We carry anything permitted by law, delivered to the recipient's address.
